If you have an urgent problem when the office is closed, a message on the answering machine will give you a number to call for the on-call doctor. This number is for emergencies only and is not intended for routine refills, referrals, narcotic prescriptions, or second opinions about on-going care.

Current patients can enroll in the AMC Health Care Patient Portal to access many convenient features including: request appointments and prescription refills, receive a clinical summary of your visit, lab letters, patient education, and physician referrals and more.

For sick or urgent visits, appointments are available the same day or within 24 hours. Patient physicals we suggest at least 1 day in advance. We would like to ensure you are fasting properly for lab work and the provider has a time reserved for you to complete an extensive visit and address all medical concerns.

We understand that there are occasional circumstances that might keep you from the appointment. When this happens, we request at least 24 hours of advanced notice.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel in advance to avoid a charge.

Our AMC providers provide referrals and recommendations upon request. We have a network of specialists and resources that can be used to further address any of your concerns.

Our AMC providers complete prescription referrals upon the discrecion of the provider. Must be seen in office or via telehealth for this visit to be completed.
